Water Tightness Test

CMT provides water tightness test to external cladding of lift shalf, under Singapore’s Lift Upgrading Programme, LUP, and certify if there are no water leakages through the cladding.

Powered waterjet is sprayed onto the cladding at a certain angle simulating heavy rain hitting the external cladding.

Visual inspection is done inside the lift shalf to determine if there are any water leakages.

This inspection service is available in Singapore.
