Concrete Cover

CMT Cover meter is used for the measurement of the depth of concrete cover to steel reinforcement. It is incorporated with bar-detection and bar-sizing facilities without the need to hack the existng concrete surfaces.

It consists of a range of invaluable functions for use in reinforced concrete conditional surveys.

After determining the depth of concrete cover to steel reinforcement, a carbonation test can be carried out to determine the depth of carbonation.
